Our linen is pressed, folded, and wrapped in cellophane. Each package will have the linen size and quantity circled for your convenience. Folded linen will have fold/crease lines, patterned or certain fabrics may decrease fold lines. Folds or no folds is a style preference and really up to each renter.
A return linen bag, tub, and instructions will be left with your linen order at delivery. Simply place dirty linen in the bag or tub for pickup. Leave wet linen on top of the return bag to dryout.
We do not provide linen setup at this time, our guys work hard and their hands get dirty, we have it on good authority dirty hand prints don't match well with clean linens.

From solid linen rental color choices to specialty fabrics like Spandex Linen, Damask Linen, Burlap Linen, Sheer, Satin, and Sequin linen rental styles we're sure to have what you're looking for in linen rentals.
All our solid color linen rental pricing is based on fabric and size options, not color, meaning you can choose any of 50+ linen colors without it affecting price. Specialty rental fabrics like Panama linen or Spandex linen rentals have their own color choices and are priced by size.
We do require a 10 day lead time on linen orders to ensure readiness. Last minute orders can sometimes be accomodated, just call us and ask. A 25% Non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Your balance is due 10 days prior to your delivery date.

Your Jitterbug Linen Rentals will be shrink wrapped by size and delivered in a tote containing your linens, a return bag, and instruction/care sheet. Your delivery team will unload the tote and leave your linen rental items in a secure location at the delivery location. The delivery team will take the tote back with them so you have less to return.
Commercial grade linen rentals are typically a higher quality linen meaning they will drape on the table better, be less transparent than cheaper linens, and generally more durable than lesser quality linens. Using a linen rental company will ensure your linens are top quality and give your more fabric and color choices than ordering online.
Ironing or steaming linens is a personal choice, our linens will come pressed, folded, and wrapped in cellophane. Whether folded or on hangers there will be fold lines on the linens. If fold lines bother you, please ensure you have your linens delivered with extra time to steam them. (We do not offer steaming services.) Remember that table runners or decorations may minimize fold lines as well. The choice of to steam or not to steam is up to you.
Use our design chart to get a good idea of your linen preference in regards to drop length and fit. More formal occaisons tend to go for floor lenght options while a backyard bbq may only want a knee length linen.
